Excluded from the Registration Fees

• Travel insurance, flights, car rental, individual transfers, accommodation, any activities (pre- or post-conference), any personal hotel room incidental accounts covering laundry, room telephone and mini bars etc.
• A cash bar facility will be in place for any spirits or other drinks not on offer

Accommodation

• Excluded from the registration fee but can be booked separately through this platform on the pre-negotiated special rate

VAT

• All prices quoted above include 15% VAT

Late Registration Fee

• Bookings close on 24 March 2022. Should there still be space, a late registration fee of R 1000 will be charged for any new delegate registrations after this date.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

As a delegate, accompanying partner/spouse, or an invitee to the SATSA 2022 Conference, your participation in this event is based on and subject to the following terms and conditions:

• A registration will only be considered as confirmed once full payment is reflected in the bank statement. Full payment is required within 7 (seven) days of your invoice date.
• Registrations are only transferable with SATSA’s agreement. Conference badges may not be shared.
• Participation in and admittance to the conference is conditional upon paying all registration fees, and if relevant all SATSA membership fees due if payment arrangements has not been made.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing and be sent to the SATSA COO. Cancellation fees are applicable as follows:

• After 17 March 2022 – 50% of the amount invoiced
• After 24 March 2022 – 100% of the amount invoiced
• Any refunds will only be processed after the conference

No Shows
Delegates who do not attend the conference will not be refunded.

Insurance
The delegate is responsible for the insurance of all goods brought by them to the conference and any general travel insurance, if applicable.

SATSA Reserves the Right to

• Review the conference costs at any stage and changes may be made without prior notification
• Refuse a delegate registration whether a member or a non-member
• Cancel, reschedule, or relocate the event and/or
• Change the conference programme without prior notice

SATSA, its Board and Directors, employees, agents, suppliers and/or sub-contractors cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, accidents or inconvenience caused for any matters arising during conference setup, pre/post-conference tour arrangements, the conference and the two evening events or for any accommodation or transport issues arising from any reservation.

All delegates must register via the conference website thereby accepting the above terms and conditions.
